Dr. Noel Brown, Educator and Environmental Diplomat was a former Director of the United Nations Environment Program. He currently serves as President of the Friends of the United Nations and Director of Training at the International Oceans Institute in Halifax Nova Scotia. Dr. Brown was a recent recipient of an Honorary Degree -- Dr. of Humane Letters, from Pace University at its 2003 Commencement Ceremonies. He serves as a Senior Government Relations Consultant to the IECF.
