Mr. Felix Stubbs, General Manager of IBM Bahamas Ltd, has successfully led the organization through numerous economic and competitive challenges. He began his career there in June 1970 as a trainee programmer and held many technical and sales positions before assuming a management position. His management responsibilities included administration, finance and operations. He attended several management training programs in the USA, Canada and the United Kingdom. He presently serves as Chairman of Junior Achievement Bahamas, Vice President of The Bahamas Employer's Confederation, Vice Chairman of Safe Bahamas, is a member of the Salvation Army Board of Directors, the PACE Foundation Board of Directors and the Past President's Advisory Council of The Bahamas Chamber of Commerce. Previously, he served as the founding Chairman of
The Bahamas Duty-Free Promotion Board, founding Chairman of The Bahamas
Quality Council, President of the Scouting Association of The Bahamas
and numerous government Boards and Committees. In addition to his government
and civic boards, Mr. Stubbs is Vice-Chairman of Doctor's Hospital and
